Place the pizza dough in a medium sized bowl and coat with the olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
In the meantime, setup the oven rack. Place one rack on the lowest oven rack. Preheat the oven to 550 degrees F.
Chop the oregano, basil, and garlic finely and set aside.
Lightly place all-purpose flour on the counter-top. Grab a piece of the pizza dough. Using your fingers spread out the dough. Until its stretch out and flat. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes.
Using a pizza cutter or kitchen shears cut the pizza dough into a large heart shape. Leaving the dough scraps to the side.
Place the heart shaped dough onto your pizza pan with parchment paper.
Spread a few teaspoons of the tomato sauce on the dough in a thin layer. Scatter your fresh or shredded mozzarella on top.
Top off the pizza with pepperoni slices.
Use a pastry brush to spread the garlic herb butter onto the crust of the pizza.
Bake until the crust and cheese is golden brown, 5-7 minutes.
Let it cool down for 3 minutes before slicing and serving. Repeat these steps for more heart shaped pizza.
