In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well. In other small bowl add water. Drip the rim of the champagne flutes into the water. Then dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Fill each flute with 2 ounces of organic apple cider then top it off with 4 ounces of bubbly. Garnish the flutes with a thinly sliced apple.
