Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chocolate chia seed pudding is simple, easy, and deliciously healthy. This recipe can be ready in a jiffy and requires absolutely no baking/cooking. It is a silky smooth chocolate delight and totally worth the try!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder sifted
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Chia seeds
  • cup Vegan unsweetened Milk

Instructions
 

  • In an airtight container add cocoa powder, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined. Then, add in the non-dairy milk and whisk until smooth.
  • Lastly add in the chia seeds and whisk until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • Serve chilled with desired toppings. (May be left in the refrigerator covered for at least 6 days).
